The Impact You Will Have in This Role:

As a Program Manager within DTCC Digital Assets, you will play a critical role in executing strategic product initiatives and scaling the Product organization's operating model. Working closely with Product Managers and Product Leadership, you will translate strategic priorities into executable plans, coordinate delivery across stakeholders, and ensure roadmap commitments remain on track. By driving operational excellence across roadmap planning, dependency management, vendor onboarding, governance, and cross-functional execution, you will enable Product teams to focus on strategy, market opportunities, customer engagement, and product development. In addition, you will help build the operating foundation that moves innovative digital-asset capabilities beyond experimentation and into secure, resilient, production-ready financial-market infrastructure.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product Managers to support product planning, roadmap development, and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, Operations, Procurement, and external vendors
  • Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items to support successful roadmap delivery
  • Maintain visibility into product roadmap progress through reporting, dashboards, and executive communications
  • Drive vendor onboarding and third-party review activities, including status tracking and issue resolution
  • Facilitate governance processes and ensure timely completion of required approvals, documentation, and reviews
  • Oversee Jira hygiene, backlog reporting, milestone tracking, and operational metrics
  • Support product launches, operational readiness activities, and key business initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency, transparency, and organizational scalability

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, consulting, product operations, PMO, business operations, transformation, or a related field
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and translating strategic priorities into executable plans
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to create clarity across multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Experience improving team execution through practical processes, tools, governance, or operating models
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office products. Experience in digital assets, fintech, capital markets, financial services, or another regulated environment is preferred

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.

Serves as a dedicated technology resource for advancing DTCC's business opportunities and providing industry thought leadership for leveraging new technology. The goal of this new department is to partner internally with IT, our business and regulatory divisions and externally with clients, regulators, and fintech vendors, to help build new platforms and business models to advance DTCC's mission to support the financial markets.
