Digital Assets ConsultantManagement Consulting professionals design and implement transformation programs that integrate strategy, technology, and operations to create enterprise value for clients. Accenture is growing our practice to help our clients navigate their transformational journeys. The Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets Senior Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our offerings and the delivery of consulting projects.
Travel, as required, up to 80%.
Here's What You Need: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
- Minimum of 2 years of digital assets experience with financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking (incl. payments) and capital markets
- Designed or assessed operating model (roles, responsibilities), governance, or risk & control frameworks (policies, procedures, monitoring) within regulated financial services institutions
- A Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points If You Have: - Transformation strategy or operating model design experience in digital assets within banking and capital markets.
- Built next generation analytic capabilities (e.g., AI, GenAI, data models) for digital assets withing banking and capital markets.
- Selecting, implementing or operating digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations)
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing senior client relationships.
- Successful track record of management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle.
- Structured problem solving and ability to simplify complex initiatives to improve execution.
- Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
