Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Digital Assets and Web3 Strategy Lead to support enterprise-wide exploration and development of digital asset and blockchain opportunities across RBC's Lines of Business.

The role requires the ability to evaluate early-stage developments, distinguish durable trends from hype, and frame potential applications in a way that aligns with RBC's risk, regulatory, and operational environment.
Working closely with product, technology, risk, legal, and business stakeholders, you will shape RBC's forward-looking digital asset strategy by guiding use case discovery, prioritization, and early-stage development in a coordinated and responsible manner.

- Engage with risk, legal, compliance, and policy teams to ensure exploration aligns with enterprise guardrails
- Develop executive-read materials, briefings, and recommendations to support decision-making
