Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Information/Data Management, Management Information Systems/Technology, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Sciences or a related field
- Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
- Relevant work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display passion and commitment towards finding creative and efficient solutions to analytical problems, achieving results and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
- Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries
- Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship as a full-time employee
- Be available to travel as needed for client projects
- Must be a current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly Intern
The pay rate ranges for this position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
In Chicago, IL: pay rate range is $73,500 to $104,280
In New York: pay rate range is $85,000 to $118,490
In Washington DC: pay rate range is $80,500 to $113,760
