Join our dynamic and thriving footwear company as a Digital Account Manager in Novato, CA where you'll have the opportunity to make an impact and shape the future of our renowned brands. What will you be doing?
  • Digital implementation: Develop and execute merchandising strategies that enhance product discoverability and conversion rates.
  • Implement strategies: Cross funcitionally collaborate with marketing, media, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure product discoverability and consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Forecast management: Create and maintain accurate planning and forecasting models to support inventory management and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Sales optimization: Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer reviews, and inventory levels to recommend assortment adjustments and promotional strategies.
  • Sales communication: Provide regular, insightful reporting to internal teams and retail partners highlighting merchandising effectiveness, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities.
  • Strategic partnership: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales velocity, inventory turnover, and advertising ROI to adjust merchandising and planning strategies.
  • Customer Experience: Manage product assortments and digital catalog structures across digital retail accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with channel strategies.
  • Sell-thru management: Optimize retail sell-thru to improve brand market share as well as deliver increased profit margins.
