About the roleConcept Plus is seeking a Digital Accessibility Project Analyst to support planning, coordination, and delivery of projects to ensure they meet organizational goals and remain on schedule. This role monitors project progress, maintains detailed documentation, and provides regular updates to leadership. A major focus of this position is supporting project management and accessibility compliance efforts for the customer's public-facing website, including Section 508 testing and remediation activities.
What you'll do- Coordinate with project team members and collaborate across functional groups to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Independently develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, plans, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Compile, analyze, and summarize project metrics to prepare accurate and informative reports.
- Support web content development processes, including providing scrum master support and managing development workflows in Azure DevOps.
- Perform manual and automated accessibility testing of web applications in accordance with Section 508 requirements, WCAG 2.0/2.1, and other applicable accessibility standards.
- Document, track, and report accessibility issues, including clear reproducibility steps and recommended remediation guidance.
- Identify opportunities to improve Section 508 workflows, procedures, and documentation.
Required Qualifications- US Citizen
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management support experience in a technical, digital, or web-focused environment.
- At least 1 year of experience working with accessibility and Section 508 compliance.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.0/2.1, ADA accessibility standards, and accessibility testing methodologies.
- Experience supporting Agile development teams and managing tasks within Azure DevOps.
- Scrum Master Certification
Preferred Qualifications- DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester certification.
- Prior experience conducting accessibility audits or remediation efforts.
- Additional experience with web content publishing or digital services environments.
