Job Description:- Lead and manage Scrum projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery timelines.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather requirements communicate benefits and manage expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope schedule resources and risk mitigation.
- Implement scope and change management processes to control project boundaries and accommodate necessary adjustments.
- Monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
- Facilitate transparent communication across teams and stakeholders through regular status updates and governance.
- Utilize Scrum management frameworks to coordinate multiple teams and align project objectives.
- Promote benefits realization by tracking and reporting on project outcomes and value delivered.
- Foster collaboration and trust within and across teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Own end to end delivery of Scrum initiatives ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning backlog refinement reviews and retrospectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
- Lead change control processes to evaluate and approve scope changes with minimal disruption.
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and metrics reporting status risks and issues to leadership.
- Coordinate cross functional teams including vendors internal owners and dependency managers Represent the project in steering committee meetings and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize impact on delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and Scrum practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies standards and regulatory requirements.
