Job Summary:

Senior Specialist responsible for leading Scrum management initiatives with a focus on stakeholder engagement benefits management and comprehensive project planning to ensure successful delivery within scope and schedule.

Job Description:
  • Lead and manage Scrum projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery timelines.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather requirements communicate benefits and manage expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope schedule resources and risk mitigation.
  • Implement scope and change management processes to control project boundaries and accommodate necessary adjustments.
  • Monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
  • Facilitate transparent communication across teams and stakeholders through regular status updates and governance.
  • Utilize Scrum management frameworks to coordinate multiple teams and align project objectives.
  • Promote benefits realization by tracking and reporting on project outcomes and value delivered.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Own end to end delivery of Scrum initiatives ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
