Serving as the dyad partner to the lead physician, this role ensures programmatic development, financial sustainability, and strategic expansion while aligning with enterprise-level priorities. Oversees business strategy, financial planning, payer relationships, and program development strategy to position the transplant program as a leader in clinical innovation, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Master’s: Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field.

Proven track record in:
Exceptional communication and executive presence, with experience in physician engagement and executive-level reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
