Must Have Technical Skills:
• Seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, secure, automate, and operate enterprise-scale Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and Agentic Coding platforms.
• This role will focus on building secure, scalable, resilient, and cloud-native AI ecosystems that support Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, autonomous workflows, AI-assisted software engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise AI applications.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in DevSecOps, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), AI/ML operations, AI security, threat modeling, autonomous agents, and AI-driven software engineering.
• This individual will play a critical role in integrating security throughout the AI lifecycle while ensuring governance, compliance, observability, operational excellence, and platform reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

DevSecOps & Platform Engineering

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available GenAI, Agentic AI, and Agentic Coding platforms.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI applications, AI agents, LLM deployments, and cloud-native services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm.

Enable enterprise-scale deployment and lifecycle management of AI applications and services

DevSecOps & Platform Engineering
• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available GenAI, Agentic AI, and Agentic Coding platforms.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI applications, AI agents, LLM deployments, and cloud-native services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm.
• Enable enterprise-scale deployment and lifecycle management of AI applications and services.
• Establish standards, templates, reusable automation frameworks, and engineering best practices.

Agentic AI Platform Engineering
• Design, deploy, and manage Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI workflows.

Agentic Coding & Autonomous Software Engineering
• Design and implement secure Agentic Coding platforms to accelerate software development and infrastructure automation.
• Enable autonomous software engineering capabilities using Devin AI and related AI coding agents.
• Integrate AI coding platforms into DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, AgentOps, and Platform Engineering workflows.
• Implement AI-assisted code generation, code review, refactoring, debugging, documentation generation, test creation, and deployment automation.
• Implement automated validation, testing, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement for AI-generated artifacts.

AI Security, Threat Modeling & Risk Management

MITRE ATLAS & AI Threat Intelligence
• Apply MITRE ATLAS (Adversarial Threat Landscape for Artificial-Intelligence Systems) to identify and mitigate threats targeting AI systems.
• Perform AI threat modeling Using MITRE ATLAS attack patterns and adversarial techniques.
• Map AI risks and attack scenarios to MITRE ATLAS and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.

Generic Managerial Skills: If any:
• Cloud Platforms - Microsoft Azure/AWS/ GCP/DevSecOps & Automation
• GitHub Actions - GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
