Position Description:Service Desk Agent for phenomenology modeling for Core Truth Services tools that support simulations for Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
Responsibilities Include:
- Prioritize and respond to service desk tickets
- Track, monitor and document interaction on tickets for timely resolution
- Work with program managers and directors to gather relevant information for timely resolution of tickets
Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or another relevant STEM field required
Experience Requirements:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Special Skills Desired:- Prior Help Desk or Service Desk Experience
- Analytical problem-solving / troubleshooting skills, escalating as appropriate
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint online, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with trouble ticketing systems such as Atlassian Serivce Desk, Jira and Confluence
- Ability to assist non-technical end users with technical problems
