Title: DevOps Manager
Location: Hybrid - Glendale, AZ (onsite required)

We're looking for a DevOps Manager who thrives on collaboration, takes initiative, and is driven by a desire to serve both their team and clients. You will guide a cross-functional group of Cloud, Infrastructure, SRE, and DevOps professionals while remaining hands-on with cloud systems and tooling.

Success in this role requires a confident, humble leader who communicates clearly, embraces healthy team dynamics, and is passionate about delivering stable, secure, and scalable systems. Candidates should bring at least 7 years of technical experience in AWS, DevOps, or SRE, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a readiness to step in wherever needed-from strategic planning to production incident response.

Your role:

  • Lead and support a diverse team spanning DevOps, Site Reliability, Infrastructure, and Cloud Engineering
  • Oversee infrastructure projects and incidents, ensuring reliable delivery and timely resolution
  • Develop and refine monitoring, alerting, and observability strategies for continuous system performance
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to embed reliability and security into feature planning
  • Provide hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, deployments, CI/CD, and cloud operations when needed
  • Present technical updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in clear, actionable terms
  • Define and improve operational standards for scalability, security, and resilience
  • Guide post-incident analysis to identify root causes and implement preventative improvements


What you've got:

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations (AWS), or Site Reliability Engineering
  • Proven ability to lead or mentor cross-functional technical teams, formally or informally
  • Skilled in infrastructure tools and practices, including AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC frameworks like Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Deep understanding of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or Splunk
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during production incidents and guide teams to resolution
  • High level of personal organization and ownership; capable of managing multiple priorities independently
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, SRE, or DevOps-related) preferred
