You will drive and streamline release pipelines, maintain environment health, and partner with other teams and vendors to deliver high-quality, compliant deployments. The group values challenging the status quo, innovative solutions, team collaboration, and practicality.

  • Respond to and resolve production incidents as part of the on-call rotation.
  • Champion automation and process improvement - identify manual bottlenecks and build pipeline-driven solutions to reduce manual operations work and improve delivery speed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on release coordination, deployment instructions, and joint infrastructure initiatives.
  • Maintain proper documentation like environment matrices, incident playbooks, configuration steps, and deployment runbooks.
  • Actively participate in Agile Scrum practices, including daily standups, backlog refinement, planning, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Quickly learn, evaluate, and apply new concepts and technologies.

Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or operations role.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience in IT operations/infrastructure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to automate repetitive processes and reduce manual operational work.
  • Comfortable working in on-call rotations and responding to production incidents.
  • Skilled in modern development tools and practices, such as git, CI/CD, and unit testing.
  • Pension, financial services, or regulated environment experience is preferred.

Demonstrated hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Azure DevOps
  • PowerShell, YAML, Python
  • IIS Administration
  • Azure Monitor or similar APM tools
