DevOps Engineer at Remodel HealthThe engineering team is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our lean and dedicated group. Our infrastructure lives in Azure, and we rely on modern DevOps practices to ship reliably and securely. You'll own our CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and help us meet our compliance obligations including SOC 2 Type 2 and HITRUST.
Responsibilities and Duties- Own and continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
- Write, manage, and maintain Terraform scripts to provision and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure.
- Partner with engineering and compliance teams to uphold our SOC 2 Type 2 and HITRUST compliance requirements - including documentation, evidence collection, and control implementation.
- Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and improve platform reliability and observability.
- Establish and enforce DevOps best practices across the team.
- Mentor engineers on infrastructure and deployment workflows.
Requirements- 3-7 years of DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Azure (compute, networking, storage, IAM) and exposure to AWS.
- Proficiency building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Strong experience writing and managing Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type 2 and/or HITRUST compliance frameworks
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Comfort working across security, engineering, and operations functions
- Familiarity with .NET Core and React/Typescript a plus
