The Level Access DevOps team is dedicated to automating, optimizing, and monitoring our cloud infrastructure to support software development teams and deliver the best experience for our customers. As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across AWS and Azure environments. Key Responsibilities- Maintain and improve a multi-cloud infrastructure that supports the company's accessibility solutions.
- Implement and manage scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure on AWS, with an awareness of cost optimization best practices.
- Support Kubernetes clusters, including deploying applications and managing configurations.
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using best practices to improve reliability and speed of software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure deployment and architectural best practices.
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions using tools like Datadog and CloudWatch to ensure system reliability.
- Apply GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD for deployment automation.
- Contribute to infrastructure and process documentation for consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Assist with compliance efforts including security and frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), or related roles.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions).
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows and GitOps tools (ArgoCD or FluxCD).
- Experience configuring and deploying Helm Charts.
- Skilled in Bash scripting; familiarity with Python and AWS Lambda is a plus.
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog and AWS CloudWatch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Nice to Have- Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud and AKS.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance requirements or working within regulated environments.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven solutions that enhance DevOps workflows.
