Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud, AKS administration, Kubernetes architecture, Docker, Helm, Customize, ingress controllers, service mesh, Azure DevOps pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, Git Ops, Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, Ansible, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure Key Vault, Entra ID, PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead the design, implementation, and operation of Azure Kubernetes Service platforms and secure cloud infrastructure. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate build, test, deployment, and release processes, and enable blue green/canary deployment strategies. • Drive Infrastructure as Code and Git Ops adoption using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, and Argo CD. Implement observability, SLI/SLO/SLA dashboards, production incident response, RCA, and problem management. • Integrate DevSecOps controls including security scanning, vulnerability management, Key Vault, managed identities, and RBAC. • Coordinate with development, architecture, security, business, onsite, and offshore teams to support cloud-native retail and eCommerce platforms. • Strong technical leadership, stakeholder man agement, communication, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, onsite-offshore coordination, production ownership, problem-solving, and ability to drive platform modernization and reliability improvements.
