Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Architecture: Design, build, and optimize automated continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeAlines using GitHub Actions/Pipelines.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
Configuration Management: Lead the automation of system configurations, application deployments, and routine tasks utilizing Ansible.
Orchestration & Containerization: Manage, scale, and secure Kubernetes clusters. Design and maintain production-ready Helm charts for complex application deployments.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and foster the professional growth of junior/mid-level DevOps engineers. Establish best practices and documentation standards.
Collaboration & Monitoring: Partner closely with software engineering teams to optimize application performance, implement comprehensive logging/monitoring, and ensure seamless delivery.
Team Leadership: Lead the team by fostering a collaborative environment, driving team performance, and managing resource allocation to meet project goals.
Deliverables Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and at high quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of total experience in DevOps/Infrastructure roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior capacity.
Pipeline Automation: Deep, hands-on expertise in creating and managing advanced GitHub Actions / Pipelines (workflows, self-hosted runners, custom actions, and matrix builds).
Infrastructure Automation: Strong proficiency with Terraform, including writing custom modules, managing state files in team environments, and implementing multi-environment architectures.
Configuration Automation: Advanced knowledge of Ansible for provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment (writing playbooks, roles, and vault encryption).
Containerization & Orchestration: Production-level experience with Kubernetes administration and deep expertise creating, versioning, and managing complex Helm charts.
Cloud Platforms: Strong experience working with AWS cloud provider.
Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
