Full Job Description
What We Can Achieve Together:

Based in Global Development's Principal Gifts department and reporting to the Associate Director of Development Operations (ADoDO), the Development Operations Manager will work with both the ADoDO and the Deputy Director to project manage and support the development operations aspects of several priority workstreams for both the Principal Gifts and Global Markets Departments, including the Principal Gifts Pipeline, the Natural Partner Program, Donor Interest groups, and working to support Executive and Conservation Lead metrics tracking.

The Development Operations Manager collaborates with appropriate Global Development and field staff on donor and data coordination of the prospects on the Principal Gifts Pipeline. They will serve as a central data management resource for all parties engaged with the PG Pipeline, and manage tracking of and reporting on pipeline prospects, including dashboards, reports, and analysis of dollars and activity to help drive decisions; they will work within a tracking system that utilizes the Blackbaud CRM (BBCRM) database, PowerBI, and other organizational tools as applicable. They will help coordinate and support development of strategy sessions on PG prospects and partnership plans in coordination with the PG leadership team and fundraising teams of specific Business Units. They will work closely with leaders of the Natural Partner Program (NPP) on tracking and reporting progress of the portfolio of donors in the NPP, and supporting senior leadership managing Donor Interest Engagement resource development and deployment (for fundraising learning),They will work with the ADoDO on consistent and aligned metrics reporting for a portfolio of executive leadership across the organization.

The position works closely with all Principal Gifts and Global Market fundraisers, the Global Development Operations team, the Prospect Development team, and state, division, and regional staff to accomplish goals. The Development Operations Manager works with their team to create standardized, efficient, and nimble approaches, processes, and reports to reflect movement and progress for PG level prospects on the PG Pipeline, the portfolio of Natural Partners and in executive portfolios through both prospect management approaches and engagement with executive leaders and volunteers. They will consider multiple perspectives when developing processes for both colleagues in the field and PG and GM leadership; they will coordinate information and activity amongst colleagues on the Global Development Operations team, throughout Global Development, and with Business Units across the organization.

Salary Information:

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $68,900 - $100,400. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
