About the role:- Full Lifecycle Project Management
Lead all aspects of development projects-budgets, schedules, design coordination, permitting, construction interface, and delivery. - Stage Gate Leadership
Drive projects through internal stage gates, ensuring that all criteria are met for approval and advancing projects through the development lifecycle. - Financial Accountability
Develop and manage proformas, project budgets, and cost reports in collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams. - Stakeholder & Consultant Management
Manage relationships with internal and external teams, including architects, engineers, city planners, and legal advisors. Build strong relationships to drive alignment and execution. - Construction Interface
Work closely with Marcon's Construction team to ensure on-site work aligns with design intent, budget, and schedule.
About you:- A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., real estate, business, planning, engineering).
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in real estate development.
- Strong project management, financial acumen, and communication skills.
- Developed knowledge base of architectural and major building systems.
- Proven ability to achieve results, lead cross-functional teams, manage risk and navigate complexity.
- Experience applying legal concepts and municipal policy to identify risks and opportunities

The compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $190,000 annually, depending on candidate experience and qualifications.
