The Development Consultant will help ET&S build the leadership, talent, and organizational capabilities needed to deliver through a period of significant technology and workforce transformation. This role will support leader readiness, talent & succession planning, and future-focused capability development while helping teams adapt to new ways of working in an AI-enabled, globally connected technology organization. Working closely with ET&S leaders, the role will translate business priorities into practical talent and change strategies that improve execution, strengthen resilience, and accelerate business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational structures, culture, key skills and processes to identify areas of opportunity; Design solutions that address the areas of opportunity and align with business strategy.

Change Enablement: Lead and facilitate large-scale change initiatives by developing strategies and frameworks that drive adoption, alignment and commitment to change at all levels of the organization.

Talent Development: Design and implement talent management strategies, including leadership development programs, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to align organizational goals and business strategy with talent management strategies.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related field, with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness and change enablement practices.

Strong understanding and experience applying change management methodologies and best practices in a transforming business environment.

Excellent communication and consulting skills; strong stakeholder management, including experience partnering with executive and senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.


Prior experience supporting technology organizations and familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred as well as financial services experience.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in change management or talent development are a plus.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $150,000- $175,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
