This role offers an outstanding opportunity to influence and innovate within a modern industry. We're hiring a Developer Relations Manager, Energy, to lead strategic engagement across developer ecosystems in the constantly evolving energy sector. In this role, you'll help shape how NVIDIA partners with software providers, developers, and industry teams to expand the use of our AI and computing platforms across oil, gas, nuclear, solar, wind, and emerging clean technologies. We're looking for someone with strong architectural depth who can guide partner product direction and support developers building on NVIDIA technologies. If you're passionate about influencing the next wave of AI and accelerated computing in the energy industry, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build and deepen technical expertise within oil, gas, nuclear, solar, wind, and emerging clean technologies sectors. Serve as a trusted technical advisor and resource for energy developers. Partner across functions to develop ecosystem-wide adoption of NVIDIA technologies and invent industry standards and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate and integrate NVIDIA's software stack (tools, SDKs, libraries, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines to accelerate performance breakthroughs and drive scalable adoption across energy-sector workloads.
  • Support developers and partners through onboarding and integration by providing reference implementations, sample code, demo pipelines, and hands-on assistance that enable energy-specific use cases and co-innovation of next-generation, production-ready solutions.

  • Partner closely with Energy IBDs, Account Managers, and Solution Architects to identify the highest-impact energy platforms and developers building AI-driven exploration, grid optimization, reservoir simulation, and predictive maintenance applications.
  • Work directly with developers at top energy startups and ISVs to accelerate integration of NVIDIA AI and compute technologies.
  • Collaborate with data and AI partners to help scale GPU-accelerated seismic processing, energy modeling, and real-time grid and asset-monitoring workloads.
What We Need to See:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry, including 3+ years of hands-on AI development in the energy sector using NVIDIA technologies, spanning roles such as software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, or solutions architecture.
  • Experience working with or supporting developer programs, technical ecosystems, or energy sector ISVs, with an established track record developing and growing developer initiatives with prominent tech and energy startups and ISV partners.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML development, CUDA-X libraries, and large-scale training/inference frameworks, with familiarity with modern software frameworks and SDKs.
  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams to discuss architecture, share feedback, and deliver high-impact technical presentations, including extensive experience leading strategic technical collaborations and code reviews.
  • Ability to manage and implement complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects, solve integration challenges, and effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, including co-commercializing solutions with strategic ISVs.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping developers innovate with NVIDIA tools and technology.
  • Native-level Japanese fluency and advanced English proficiency, including the ability to lead web conferences and technical engagements (strictly required).
