Job Summary:Seeking an experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst with 8+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications supporting statewide education systems. The role focuses on building a new reporting framework using modern Microsoft technologies, enhancing legacy reporting solutions, developing scalable financial applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop a modern reporting framework using .NET 9.0/10.0, Blazor, C#, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Analyze, maintain, and enhance complex Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases.
- Develop scalable, high-performance financial system applications.
- Build and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including T-SQL development, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Modernize legacy applications while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and architectural issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable solutions.
- Utilize Bitbucket for source code management and version control.
Required Skills:- 8+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
- 8+ years of Microsoft SQL Server, including:
- T-SQL
- Stored Procedures
- Database Management
- Performance Tuning
- 8+ years of data modeling experience.
- 8+ years applying software design principles.
- 8+ years using Bitbucket for version control.
- 8+ years of Entity Framework development.
- 7+ years of Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly (WASM).
- 6+ years of Fluent UI.
- 5+ years working with Nomad and Consul.
- 2+ years of .NET 9.0/10.0, C#, and Visual Studio.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA, Tempo, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
- Experience with Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) programs.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and reporting frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
- Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications.
