• Proven success in organizing hackathons and meetups.
• Experience in building and managing online communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit, or GitHub.
• Technical fluency including the ability to read API documentation and engage in discussions around APIs.
• Strong attention to detail and logistics management for events and community initiatives.
• Willingness to travel for in-person events.
• Self-motivated with the ability to navigate fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive hackathon playbook for various events.
• Organize and lead meetups, handling venue selection, speaker coordination, and follow-up communication.
• Manage community engagement on platforms like Discord and Reddit to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Establish a Developer Advocacy program, fostering relationships with emerging community advocates.
• Gather and relay feedback from developers to Product and Engineering teams, including pain points and feature requests.
• Track community health metrics and report on engagement outcomes.
