Job DescriptionThe Designer III creates detailed designs and drawings. They incorporate calculations, check drawings to conform to specifications, and participate in team design reviews.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Participate in engineering design review preparation by proving inputs to the Engineering team as required
- Create detailed designs and drawings with inputs from the Engineering team for new products, fabrication fixtures, and test fixtures
- Contribute to the conceptual design of new products collaboratively with engineering
- Create engineering documentation packages
- Provide technical support to project teams as required from design to build
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in area of responsibility.
- CAD Software: SolidWorks, Creo preferred, AutoCAD, Inventor
- Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing
- Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or GED
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
- Pay Range: $35.00 - $43.00 hourly. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
