Responsibilities:
- You will visit our customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs; our consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options.
- You will use tools, training, and our sales methodology while building a rapport with the customers to offer our replacement services.
- You will have industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
- You will be expected to provide an exceptional customer service experience from the start of their project to the end.
- Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close on solutions that meet and/or exceed the customer's needs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 2yrs of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience
- Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus
- Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds
- A proven track record of closing sales
- Self-motivation and results orientation
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- A healthy sense of competition'tempered by an equally strong sense of teamwork
**Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check**
**Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record**
