Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Science, or equivalent technical training and related experience
• 6+ years of progressive engineering or construction management experience
• PE licensure preferred
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical, technical writing, and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office and familiarity with Autodesk Products and Revit
• Outstanding project management skills

Responsibilities

• Manages larger design-build and design-assist projects to ensure high-quality delivery within time frames
• Develops and maintains client relationships while coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Communicates project goals and schedules, identifying risks throughout all phases
• Manages financial aspects of design contracts to achieve profitability and positive cash flow
• Coordinates engineering resources to develop conceptual designs for estimating
• Participates in developing standards, processes, and procedures within the engineering department
• Trains junior team members and ensures compliance with engineering standards
