Full Job Description
We are looking for a Design Program Manager to bring structure, visibility, and operational excellence to our design organization. This role is focused on ensuring design teams run smoothly, stay aligned with business goals, and deliver high-quality work at speed. The DPM will not manage people, but will own the systems, processes, and collaboration frameworks that help designers thrive.

Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for design initiatives.

Track design progress through metrics and dashboards, providing visibility to leadership and stakeholders.

Improve collaboration between Design, Product, and Engineering by clarifying priorities and dependencies.

Balance resources and workloads to prevent bottlenecks or burnout.

Refine and scale design processes, tooling, and onboarding.

Reinforce checkpoints and operational best practices to ensure quality and consistency.

Anticipate and mitigate risks such as scope creep, shifting priorities, or unclear ownership.

Provide proactive updates to stakeholders to reduce misalignment and last-minute surprises.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in program management, project management, or design operations within a digital product or design organization.
Proven ability to run complex projects end-to-end while aligning multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to make progress visible, simplify complexity, and manage expectations.
Comfort with tools such as Jira, Figma, Confluence, or similar platforms for planning, tracking, and documentation.
A problem-solver who can spot risks early and create solutions that balance speed with quality.
Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment and can bring order without adding unnecessary process.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in the multi-media industry (streaming/ entertainment, sports, new)
