About this Role:

This is a mid-level creative role within the Content Strategy & Operations (CSO) creative services team at Siemens Digital Industries Software. You will help develop the visual language we use to communicate complex digital transformation stories, redefining them into compelling, scalable experiences across different channels, including digital and experiential.

You'll work closely with the creative leader of the team and collaborate with fellow creatives to produce cohesive creative output. You'll also play a key role in supporting day-to-day creative operations, including participating in internal client-facing meetings and helping lead the intake and traffic flow of work coming into the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead art direction and implement design for digital-first creative, including social and paid ads, experiential design, and traditional marketing materials (such as eBooks, executive briefs)
  • Partner with the leader of the CSO creative team to develop and uphold design systems and best practices across the team
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across deliverables
  • Maintain Siemens brand integrity while pushing forward new creative approaches in visual storytelling
  • Represent the creative team in internal, customer-facing meetings, communicating design thinking and art direction clearly to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team leadership on running creative intake and traffic flow, helping prioritize and route incoming work optimally
  • Operate independently as a senior contributor, handling your own workload, timelines, and delivery without heavy oversight

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in leading design projects, while actively contributing hands-on design work, within a B2B, SaaS or enterprise software, global organization
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art direction, visual communication, or a related field
  • Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and relevant digital tools)
  • Experience with Adobe AfterEffects and Premiere, a plus
  • Shown ability to take complex, technical subject matter and communicate it into clear and compelling visual narratives
  • Strong organizational skills, comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and defend creative decisions to customers
  • Experience working within established brand systems and design guidelines at scale
  • Experience with project management or traffic tools (Wrike, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Collaborative working style with a low-ego, team-first approach
  • A strong portfolio of your work a must

The pay range for this position is 102,500 - 184,500 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
