American Bathroom Remodelers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Design Consultant to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners in their homes, provide expert design recommendations, and offer customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
This is a consultative sales position with strong earning potential for individuals who enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and closing sales. You will guide homeowners through the design and purchasing process while delivering an outstanding customer experience.Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand project needs, preferences, and goals
- Present bathroom remodeling solutions, products, upgrades, and financing options
- Assist customers with design selections, including fixtures, finishes, colors, and layouts
- Follow the company's proven sales process and presentation standards
- Prepare contracts and accurately document project details
- Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams
- Achieve individual sales and closing goals
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently present products and solutions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital sales tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and travel between appointments
Preferred Qualifications- Previous sales, in-home consultation, or customer-facing experience
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or design-related industries
