Boston Medical Center - South

Boston Medical Center - South, a member of the Boston Medical Center Health System, is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient dermatology program in North Easton, MA. This position is based in a brand-new, newly renovated dermatology office, designed to support high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and an exceptional patient and provider experience.

This role is ideal for a dermatology APP who is comfortable practicing independently within a collaborative care model and is excited to help grow services in a modern, community-based setting.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatologic care to adult patients
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions
  • Perform dermatologic procedures within scope and demonstrated experience, including but not limited to:
    • Skin biopsies and excisions
    • Cryotherapy and electrodessication
    • Intralesional and cosmetic injections (if applicable)
  • Develop and manage treatment plans and follow patients longitudinally
  • Educate patients on skin health, disease prevention, and treatment options
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
  • Collaborate with dermatologists, primary care providers, and clinical staff


Required Qualifications

Compensation Range:
$109,000.00- $158,000.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
