OverviewAcademic Alliance in Dermatology, in affiliation with Anne Arundel Dermatology, is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Tampa office. This full-time position offers a four-day work week and will feature a mix of general dermatology and aesthetics, with a primary focus on cosmetics.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic dermatologic conditions.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including biopsies and laboratory work.
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform cosmetic treatments and educate patients on available aesthetic services and products.
- Review patient intake forms and accurately document treatments and plans of care.
- Build long-term patient relationships by matching each patient’s needs with appropriate medical and cosmetic services.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing clinical and product training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience providing cosmetic treatments strongly preferred.
- Committed to delivering efficient, high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Interest in building long-term patient relationships and contributing to practice growth.
Licensure/Certifications/Education
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Active and unrestricted Florida license, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain one.
