Location: The Portland Clinic - Portland Metro Area, Oregon

Type: Full-Time Outpatient Only Physician-Led Independent Multi-Specialty Group

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join our multispecialty team as a general Dermatologist providing medical, procedural, and optional cosmetic dermatology services in a fully outpatient setting. You'll manage a wide range of skin conditions, from acne and psoriasis to skin cancers, and perform biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and aesthetic procedures based on interest. With strong internal referrals, in-clinic support, and access to advanced pathology services, this is a solo dermatologist position in a collegial, high-quality setting. Portland's climate and health-conscious culture contribute to consistent demand across all dermatologic subspecialties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient dermatologic care across the full clinical spectrum, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and procedural dermatology
  • Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and offer cosmetic dermatology services based on provider interest and patient demand
  • Collaborate with primary care and other specialists for integrated care of dermatologic manifestations of systemic conditions
  • Serve as a solo dermatologist with strong support from internal marketing and referral infrastructure
  • Lead skin cancer screening, public education, and specialty access initiatives in a health-conscious region
  • Productivity expectations align with MGMA medians


Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification or eligibility in relevant specialty
  • Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain)
