Work You'll Do

As a Project Manager, Functional Transformation on the project, you will be:
  • The Deputy Task Order Project Manager (Deputy TOPM) who supports the Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) in the execution of the task order, assuming full TOPM responsibilities in the TOPM's absence.
  • Accountable for operational performance, workforce management, regulatory compliance, and program administration.
  • Assigned specific functional areas of ownership (e.g., a specific facility, shift, or program function) at the TOPM's direction.
The successful candidate would possess these skills:
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
Qualifications

Required:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Advanced Project Management Skills
  • 5+ years working in the Federal Government space
  • Ability to travel to the airport you are assigned 80% of the time
