OverviewTatitlek Federal Services LLC provides support services to NASA at the headquarters building in Washington DC. This effort covers multiple functional areas, with primary focuses on facilities and administration. The Deputy Program Manager is responsible for the daily coordination and direct supervision of section supervisors, administrative reports and deliverables, and supports the Program Manager as needed. This position is fully on-site, remote or hybrid work is not authorized.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises the daily work being completed in each of the PWS areas
- Responsible for managing and providing support to the section supervisors
- Monitors Quality Control by ensuring personnel have all the resources to do their jobs properly and meet all PWS requirement
- Monitors open work tickets and inspects daily operations for regulatory and procedural compliance
- Ensures professional and effective task execution and supervises scheduling and employee assignments
- Monitors and tracks personnel training, ensuring all have up-to-date licenses and certifications
- Assists with new employee onboarding, site orientation, and ID/Badge issuance
- Creates and maintains schedules and resource management of executive drivers
- Supports and assists the Program Manager as needed
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Associate's degree in business or related field; may substitute education for extensive experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of management or supervisory duties with at least three (3) years in one of the following functional aeras: Facilities, Property Management, Logistics, and/or Administrative Support.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight, prioritizing tasks as needed
- Must obtain and maintain a NASA clearance, equivalent to a Public Trust
- Must possess a valid drivers license with no major reportable incidents on record
- Experience working in the NASA environment preferred
