Nightwing is seeking a cleared and experienced Deputy Program Manager in the NOVA area. This Deputy Program Manager (DPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing programs; ensuring contractual, operational, financial, and organizational objectives are achieved. The DPM serves as the primary point of accountability for program performance and coordinates
across customers, leadership, employees, and supporting functions to do so.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program planning, execution, and performance.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Monitor financial performance, staffing, milestones, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain an effective relationship with customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and performance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and communicate program status, forecasts, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Lead and develop program personnel while maintaining appropriate staffing and resource levels.
• Support business growth, proposal activities, and program expansion as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, etc.).
• 10+ years working in the ISR space.
• 7+ years leading teams within the IC and/or DoW.
• Direct experience in Signal Collection, Fusion Targeting/Analysis, or Mission coordination/management.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams with diverse skillsets.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial acumen, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one of employment and must be eligible for crossover.
Desired Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in relevant field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Proj/Prog certification.

Salary & Benefits
The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
