Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the government space?  Perato is seeking a Deputy Program Manager.  This is an opportunity to build your experience using the latest tools, trends, and techniques on collection operations issues supporting the mission of our customer. The Deputy Program Manager works with as serves as the alternate PM to lead a diverse team focused on HUMINT operational support missions.  This is a technical PM role. Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

 

  • Ensure successful contract execution through full lifecycles, financial management, recruiting and retention, mentoring and leadership, and growth.
  • Perform both programmatic duties of CDRL development, staffing, subcontracts, and financial management.
  • Enable successful execution of Program and people development through manager and technical experts needs.
  • Serve as the Alternate PM in the PM’s absence.
  • Function as Key Member of on-site management team to quickly address customer or workforce concerns.
  • Ensure all contract deliverables are provided to the customer per the Statement of Work.
  • Work with, mentor and grow the on-site management team to quickly address customer or workforce concerns.
  • Work with recruiting to ensure the contract is fully staffed at all times.
  • Respond to resumes and interviews within 24-48 hours of receipt.
  • Work with Peraton functional team on tasks related to contracts and subcontracts needs, financial reviews, program reviews, performance, and current/future growth
  • Support the capture and delivery of Intelligence Analysis Programs.
  • Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the Military Intelligence Market, with a focus on opportunities within the related customer organizations.
  • Provide technical support to the technical tasks in support of all technical program task related to HUMINT operational support missions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Current TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a Minimum of 10 years of applicable work experience, including HUMINT experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal in English), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely express multifaceted concepts.
  • Ability to develop ideas in a logical sequence leading to validated conclusions.
  • Working knowledge and experience with the basic personal computer, Windows Operating System, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Desire 17+ years of experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the Intelligence Community.
  • Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.

Security Clearance:

This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.

Eligibility is a minimum of active TS/SCI with the ability to pass a Poly.

 

 

Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
