The City of South St. Paul is hiring for a full-time Deputy Executive Director of the HRA. This position will oversee and manage the day-to-day operation of the city's two federally assisted public high-rise buildings, including operational, financial, and administrative leadership of the HRA.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, housing administration, public administration, finance, or a closely related field. ?Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in public housing administration, affordable housing, or related governmental housing programs.? Demonstrated knowledge of public housing programs, financial management, and regulatory compliance.? Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.? Prior supervisory experience. ?Valid driver's license for work-related travel.? Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and training.
