ResponsibilitiesSummary:This position provides supervision and motivation to staff and residents within an assigned facility. Ensures facility compliance with Company and client contract requirements.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Supervises the Business Office staff, Medical staff, Teachers, Storekeeper, Facility Coordinator, Program Activities, Classification and Kitchen activities and staff.
- Ensures compliance all Company and client contractual requirements.
- Conducts internal audits to ensure compliance.
- Monitors facility activities and inspects for general adherence to established Company procedures, cleanliness, safety and security.
- Functions as Director when Director is absent/off premises.
- Conducts tours of the facility.
- Serves as member of QM Committee.
- Completes monthly reports.
- Functions as a liaison with the client at all times.
- Hires and manages work activities during 90-day orientation period for new hires within assigned departments and oversees staff training.
- Services on the training committee.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Criminal Justice plus five (5) years of experience in management OR ten (10) years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Ability to use personal computers and associated software applications.
- Valid driver's license from the state in which the duties are performed.
