The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Camp Pendleton South is actively seeking a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Deputy Director, with extensive knowledge of military pay and allowances. Minimum requirements include: successful completion of High School/GED; 2 years of documented successful college-level coursework or min. 2 years work experience with a Volunteer organization, focused in the client service area; 3 years supervisory experience; min. 6 months experience in public speaking or instructor/training facilitator at the adult education level; ability to provide training, guidance, and support to a Volunteer staff; proficiency with MS Office software. Preference will be given to applicants who have prior experience with the Society as a volunteer or an employee.

This opportunity will remain open until filled Must be able to begin employment within 30 days of job offer. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening.

Starting Salary: $87,000 - $93,000
