Description:INTRODUCTION and WHAT YOU WILL DO (Job Responsibilities)Job OverviewThe Program Manager for Customer Project Rollouts is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the successful implementation and deployment of Gasboy solutions for our valued customers. This role is critical to ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of customer projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Gasboy and customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project experiences.
Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and achievable
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and providing status updates
- Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address potential issues and minimize impact to project schedules
- Monitor project progress against defined milestones and metrics; take corrective action when performance deviates from plan
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout project implementation; conduct quality reviews and manage any issues that arise
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and collect customer feedback to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
- Support customer training and change management initiatives to promote successful adoption of Gasboy solutions
Qualifications:WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)Required Skills / Qualifications / Certifications / Tech Stack:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing complex customer implementation or software deployment projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects with budgets of $100K+
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., PMBOK), and best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Up to 15% travel required for customer site visits, project kickoffs, and implementation oversight
Preferred:- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience with ERP, point-of-sale, or fuel management systems
- Familiarity with Gasboy products and solutions
- Experience in the convenience store, fuel, or retail industry
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira)
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $92,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
