Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Deployment Lead to join our team and support our client in the Hanover, MD area.
What you'll do: - Manage and execute software deployments in a fast-paced, high-security environment
- Oversee the deployment process, ensuring seamless integration of updates and changes across systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage deployment schedules, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability
- Navigate complex environments and ensure compliance with established protocols
- Streamline workflows and implement automation
- Develop and refine scripts to optimize deployment processes
What you'll need: - 3 years of experience with the change management processes and managing deployments
- 1 year of experience with GitLab, Jira, and/or Ansible
- Monitoring and analysis experience of network connectivity and performance
Bonus points if you have: - Familiarity with Python
- Experience with scripting and automation
- DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.)
- Experience working in high-security settings
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements
Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
