Responsibilities: 

•  Integrates DoW Rewards Program initiatives into OIE planning and execution.      

•  Plans and conduct DoW Rewards Program briefings for senior/executive level personnel including GO/FO/SES. 

• Coordinates execution and information and intelligence sharing with the interagency and allied/partner nations. 

• Integrates cultural considerations into DoW Rewards Programs activities. 

• Supports force protection planning through rewards-derived information and reporting. 

• Provides timely reporting and updates to the DoW Rewards Program Office. 

• Coordinates contracting actions supporting rewards-related equipment and advertising. 

• Oversees accountability, inventory, and maintenance of DoW Rewards Program assets. 

• Coordinates informant security and payment procedures in accordance with policy. 

• Witnesses and validate reward payment documentation. 

• Coordinates interpretation and translation support for Rewards Program activities. 

• Develops and implements program assessments to develop recommendations for refinement to support project growth and success.  

• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.  

• May supervise others.         

Qualifications: 

Required:  

• Active Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligible  

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field such as Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Military Science, or other applicable field 

• 5 years’ experience in military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP), military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planning 

• Demonstrated experience with DoW Rewards Program management and execution.    

Desired:  

• Completion of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course, Information Operations Planners Course, and/or Joint Information Planners Course (formerly JIOPC) 

• Demonstrated experience conducting planning at the operational level or higher to include experience working on CCMD, TSOC, JTF, or Service Component Staffs 

• Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, executing PSYOP or OIE. 

• Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment. 

• Training or demonstrated experience applying Social Media Analytics to operational activities
