Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Department Administrator Supervisor for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the School of Engineering(SoE). This position has a dual reporting line to both the department chair and to the Dean's Business Office.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:
  • Provides overall administrative, business management, supervision and assessment of performance of the daily operations of the department.
  • Acts as the principal departmental liaison for the SoE facilities, personnel, business and budgetary matters with the SoE Dean's Office and other university business offices.
  • Serves as the point of contact for external stakeholders at the direction of the department chair.

Minimum Education and Experience
