What You'll Do - Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
- Develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Perform preventive, restorative, surgical, and prosthetic procedures within the scope of practice
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Supervise dental support staff as required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Help create a welcoming and patient-centered culture at the clinic
Required Qualifications - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Current Kansas and Missouri dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a clinical dental setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
