As a Clinic Manager for Swope Health, you will supervise and be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the oversight of all operational aspects within the clinic with the goals of providing optimal patient experience, delivering high-quality care, and controlling costs. The Clinic Manager serves as a liaison between medical staff and other clinical staff coordinating the day-to-day operation of clinic services. Monday - Friday schedule
8a - 5p - no weekends or evenings
RN: $90,000 - $100,000
LPN: $82,000 - $88,000

- Maintaining healthy relationships with patients, support staff, nurses, and providers
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition with interviewing and hiring clinical staff

Successful Candidates will have:• Current RN licensure required. Licensed in Missouri; Dual license preferred in MO & KS.
