Practice: Robious Crossing Pediatric Dentistry
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: Half-day (morning hours)
Position Overview
Robious Crossing Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist with experience or strong interest in treating children to join our growing practice in the Richmond, Virginia area.
We welcome applications from:
- Pediatric Dental Specialists (experienced or 2026 graduates)
- General Dentists with 2-3+ years of experience who enjoy pediatric dentistry

Clinical Structure
- 3 hygiene columns (30-minute appointments)
- 1-2 restorative columns daily
- Streamlined scheduling to support productivity and clinical flow
Compensation & Benefits
- Income Potential: $300,000-$400,000 annually (full-time)
- Yearly guaranteed compensation
- OR % of adj coll: 28-30% of adjusted collections; the greater

Candidate Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Virginia dental license
- Pediatric Dentist OR General Dentist comfortable treating children
