We're looking for a skilled and compassionate
Dental Hygienist to join our growing team and help us continue delivering outstanding patient experiences.
- Starting at $60+ per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- No late evenings or weekend hours

- 60-minute Prophy/PM appointments
- 90-minute New Patient appointments

What You'll Do- Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
- Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal charting
- Take digital radiographs
- Provide SRP and fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive treatment
Qualifications- Active Virginia Dental Hygienist License (or awaiting licensure)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Knowledge of all aspects of clinical dental hygiene
- Experience with digital dentistry and modern hygiene technologies
- Passion for comprehensive patient care
- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
