Full Job Description
A Day in the Life Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will lead our Montreal-based demand planning team to optimize product availability for our luxury portfolio in Canada. You will run this scope as your own business, driving forecasting accuracy and cross-functional alignment.
  • S&OP Leadership: Lead the monthly S&OP process, aligning Marketing, Sales, and Finance on a single consensus forecast.
  • Forecasting & Analytics: Build and challenge sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and promotional activities.
  • Inventory Optimization: Monitor stock quality, proactively identifying risks of shortages, excess, or obsolescence.
