Full Job Description
The Demand Planning Manager owns the Demand and Market pillars of the divisional SIOP process. The role is accountable for developing an accurate, unbiased, and data-driven demand plan across all go-to-market regions, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and financial objectives. This position governs the demand forecasting process, demand analytics, CRM discipline, and performance management. It ensures optimal visibility of demand signals, risks, and opportunities while driving accountability across regional planning and commercial teams. The role acts as the integrator between Demand Planning, Commercial (Go-to-Market), Finance, Marketing, and Supply Planning to deliver a single aligned demand plan that underpins the division's operating rhythm. **Want to know a little more about the role?
