About the role:

As a Lead, APX Resource Demand Planning, you will coordinate APX demand planning and produce, reliable resource forecasts. This role partners with cross-organizational partners to improve data quality and consistency, resolve planning issues, and provide relevant insights on capacity, required skills, timing, and resource risk.

You will report to the APX Demand Planning Sr-Manager and will be a mobile/hybrid role in Cranberry Township, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the monthly APX resource demand planning cycle, including schedules, team member inputs, data validation, consolidation, monthly demand review preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Collect and integrate resource demand for backlog, opportunities, unidentified work, and planning scenarios using approved definitions, templates, systems, and governance requirements.
  • Validate demand inputs for completeness, accuracy, timing, organizational agreement, and consistency with the Global Competency Model; work with data owners to resolve gaps and anomalies.
  • Consolidate APX demand and prepare clear demand signals for APX and OPX resource organizations at the discipline, sub-discipline, role, project, and time-phased levels.
  • Analyze demand trends, month-over-month variances, capacity gaps, skill constraints, and latest risks; develop concise findings and recommended follow-up actions.
  • Support supply-versus-demand analysis, rolling forecasts, business-plan understanding, and what-if scenarios related to hiring, training, outsourcing, prioritization, and resource deployment.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, construction management, supply chain, finance, data analytics, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • 7 + years of progressive experience in resource planning, demand planning, workforce planning, project controls, scheduling, cost estimating, business operations, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of project delivery and the relationship among scope, schedule, cost, resource requirements, capabilities, and business forecasts.
  • Demonstrated experience collecting, reconciling, validating, and analyzing complex data from multiple partners or systems.


We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
