About the role

The Demand Planning Lead is a crucial part of our Supply Chain team, reporting to the Demand Planning Manager. As the Demand Planning Lead, you will be responsible for aligning the Haleon supply chains more closely with the businesses and leading collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain for Haleon. You will drive excellence in demand forecasting, S&OP, IBP and ensure efficiency in the delivery of critical KPIs across a complex network.

Role Responsibilities
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with commercial teams and QSC counterparts to fully understand the whole supply chain and impact of decisions made.
  • Generate and analyze baseline forecast to ensure robust & realistic demand signals.
  • Supports demand shaping through market intelligence and drives product life cycle management in close collaboration with supply chain functions and commercial organization.
  • Analysis of demand trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Consolidate demand, scenarios, and assumptions to validate aggregated forecast to be brought into the Demand Review Meeting.
  • Monitor demand plans for promotions and new products, working closely with the commercial teams to ensure the plan effectiveness is evaluated & linked into demand plans.
  • Identify risk and opportunities to the demand forecast and elevate to the commercial teams.
  • Accountable for shared Key Performance Indicators (Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, On Time in Full (OTIF), Daily Sales Conformance, Customer Metrics/Feedback).

This role is located onsite, 3 days a week at our Warren, NJ headquarters.

The expected salary range will be $104,505 - $156,757.
